I've been pretty out of it this week. As I was saying at the end of the entry about last week's trainingI had a pretty bad cold. From bone pain and being on a couch and a blanket. So that was the recovery until Wednesday. And little by little I'm getting back into it.

The table summarizes itself, little activity. I returned to exercise on Thursday for the usual one-hour game. On Saturday I did a little bit of everything, as I am finishing the Garmin Fenix 2 (which is why I write so little lately. It's got me totally absorbed.) I needed to take some more pictures, and mark some last details so I could bring you a new proof.
On Sunday, and with the yellow rain alert we have, it was not a day to walk much on the street, so the choice was to take advantage of it to do some leg strengthening, so besides some jogging I took the opportunity to run a couple of kilometers on the beach and do specific exercises to strengthen twins, quadriceps, hamstrings, abductors and buttocks, something that my knees will surely appreciate.
