How was your week of training? I'm continuing with my training plan, little by little reaching my goals. On Wednesday it took me a little longer to train and although I was planning to do a couple of more kilometres, in the end I was a little shorter. I met the goal of pace, but there was no body for more. You know how those days are when you just "don't pull".

On Monday I repeated the interval training I did just one week ago. Comparing data (and after the tiredness of the previous day's cross) the results were quite good. I even allowed myself the luxury of giving my all in the last interval and going down to 3:58 min/km.

I'll tell you again what the intervals were that I prepared, to compare with what came out on the chart.

Wednesday was the day I "punctured". The final pace was the planned pace, but there was no body to make the distance planned at the beginning and I turned around a little early. It was a difficult day because of the cold, the wind and the accumulated tiredness. I left without much desire, so looking at it with a little perspective I should be satisfied.

Thursday is the usual day of the football match, so there is little to say. Saturday was the end of the day, foolishly, with about 7 kilometers at varying rates. It was not a day to run, but I had to take several photos and videos for the test of the Garmin FR220 that I hope to have finished this week. This was the worst day of the week, with lots of wind, but as it was not a training day itself, it has not affected much to the result of the week.

On Sunday it was a long run day. This time I wanted to go a little faster than usual, at a running pace. 5.03 min/km average for 15.08 km.

With a little less than two months to go, I'm still making steady progress.
