I will not comment on poder this week. Due to a trip that has broken me in the middle of the week, my racing training has been limited exclusively to an outing on Sunday, and more to stretch my legs than anything else.
|Sunday||Career||10.11 km||5:47 min/km||155 ppm|
Actually, the days of rest are not rest as such, because I have really travelled a lot of distance, but walking. So it doesn't count as training proper.
What I can tell you is that in Sunday's training I have included a km on the beach, and I recommend that you include it within your possibilities, because it is very good for improving your running technique. When running on the sand the tendency is to heel less, so if you think you "suffer" from this defect find a beach (avoid Benidorm in August) where poder run. Also when you return to your steps 1TP10After "analyzing" the footprint and see if you have loaded more on the heel or sole.
As for the training itself, very basic. 10 kilometers with a target pace of 5:45 min/km and the last kilometer squeezing a little more. Perfect for fighting jet lag.
This coming week we'll have to catch up and get back into the habit, so I'm looking forward to tonight.
