With a few weeks delay, we are back with a new episode of Entre Umbrales, August eats us!

In this episode I tell you all the news of the Garmin world that we have had during the past weeks, from the firmware updates and new training possibilitiespassing through a new GPS watch and ending with a summary to the whole situation regarding the hacking of the American company..

I am commenting on the Garmin situation in response to the question asked by Carlos, who was particularly concerned about all his data stored on the platform.

In addition, Jose Manuel answers a couple of questions from the listeners. First answering Javier about how to improve the VO2Max indicator. But Jose goes much further and details perfectly what VO2Max is, what podemos get by improving it and of course workouts that allow us to improve it.

I really had a remote idea, but if you asked me I would answer that they are simply two things to measure the same thing in a different way... and the truth is that it's not entirely true.
