Between Thresholds now available on Apple Podcasts! And soon available episode 2

Esta página está disponible en español

Just a quick Monday update. Last week I introduced you to the new podcast Between Thresholds that I'm doing together with Jose Manuel Plaza, cycling and triathlon coach as well as biomechanist.

This weekend Apple has already tested the inclusion of the podcast, so you already podéis subscribe on that platform if it is the one you use frequently. You can do it directly from this link. If you haven't listened to it, 1TP10Do it now before you start piling up episodes.

And if you have already done it, don't forget to do it through Apple and send your rating and comments, because that helps visibility and helps other people to discover it. It's not that we are going to make money doing it (quite the contrary :-D), but it's not the same to know that you have to record for 20 people than for 4,000. Let's say that the motivation is different...

Finally, we would like to remind you that you can also listen to us at iVoox and since Spotify. If you use any other application and you need the RSS feed, you can use this one:

And it will be in Google... when Google feels like including us.

This is what we told you in the first episode:

  • Presentation of who is each one of us in the podcast.
  • What is going for us in the sport.
  • All about the Polar Grit X.
  • How to return to physical activity and training after the confinement period.

That said, one more option for you to choose the one you prefer, and get ready for episode 2 because it's going to come loaded...

And with that... thanks for reading!
